You will receive a Certificate of Domestic Partnership that some entities may accept for such things as dependent health insurance coverage, banking needs, and medical situations.

The couple must apply at the Town Clerks’ Office. Both applicants MUST have forms of identify, same as if applying for a marriage license, commonly a driver’s license and an original or certified copy of you birth certificate as well as other documentation indicating you are in a domestic partnership.
