KING ROAD WEST BOX CULVERT REPLACEMENT PROJECT ANALYSIS AND DETAILED CONSTRUCTION DRAWING(S) PREPARATION
The Town of Ithaca is seeking detailed proposals to evaluate a failing box culvert on King Road West, provide improvement recommendations, probable costs, and to create detailed construction drawings and specifications for the box culvert replacement project.
The RFP documents for the King Road West Box Culvert Replacement Project Analysis and Detailed Construction Drawing(s) Preparation are available online via the Link below, or by emailing email@example.com with your complete contact information. The RFP Document will be emailed to the provided email address (as portable document format (PDF) files) unless otherwise indicated. The Town will mail a USB containing a digital copy of the RFP Documents (as PDF files) if requested. Provide mailing instructions if you want a method other than USPS.
Sealed proposals “King Road West Box Culvert Replacement Project Analysis and Detailed Construction Drawing(s) Preparation” are due at the Town Clerk’s Office at 215 North Tioga St, Ithaca, N.Y. 14850 no later than 3:30 PM local time on April 1st, 2024.

The Town of Ithaca is seeking statements of qualifications to establish a qualified pool of consultants interested in providing the Town with planning and civil design services for the creation of a Town Site Design and Development Criteria Manual (the “Manual”).
Questions are due by March 13, 2024 to Director Daniel Thaete, Director of Engineering via email (firstname.lastname@example.org). Statements of qualifications are due at the close of business (4:00 PM EDT) on Wednesday, March 20, 2024. Responses must be sent electronically, in PDF, with the subject line: ‘Site Design and Development Criteria Manual – response’ to C.J. Randall, Director of Planning, at email@example.com.
