Pay Bill Online


Residents can view, print and pay on line.

 

  • Tax Bills are mailed December 31st and are due by January 31st without penalty.
  • After the 31st, one percent is added per month on the full balance until paid.
  • Tax Bill questions for address and/or name changes, assessment questions, Senior, Veteran, and Disability exemption requirements contact Tompkins County Assessment Department at 607-274-5517 M-F from 8:30 am to 4:30 p.m.

  • Water & Sewer Billings are March 1st, June 1st, September 1st, and December 1st.
  • Payments are due by the 30th of the month without penalty.
  • A 10 percent penalty is added after the 30th.

  • Town Hall Office hours are 8am - 4pm, Monday – Friday. 215 N. Tioga St, Ithaca, NY 14850
  • After hours payments can be dropped in the night drop box located on the Town Hall Buffalo Street side door.
  • Debit/Credit cards are NOT accepted at this location. Only check, money order, and cash payments are accepted at Town Hall.
