Access to Public Meetings via Zoom

Public Board and Committee Meeting Access

 The Town will be using ZOOM to provide continued access to all public meetings. 

The Meeting ID and call in information will be posted on each agenda.

 Public Comment periods such as Persons to be Heard and Public Hearings regarding specific action items will be conducted just like you were there in person.  ZOOM allows the Chair of the meeting to call on people joining the meeting much like he/she would do in an in-person meeting when calling on a raised hand.
